How to run efficiently, with less effort and without injury with the ChiRunning technique. Learn simple principles to reduce effort and fatigue, improve efficiency and avoid injury . Finish your run pain free and look forward to your next.

Board certified in sports medicine and internal medicine. Worked with elite athletes in USA Track and Field, Ironman USA, USA Gymnastics, and US Women’s National Soccer.
